Blokk,

a Swedish toy company who makes designed wooden toys, mainly wooden animals.

Here is an idea of how Blokk will get a better position at the toy market.

Today the toy market is generic and Blokk need to distinguish themselves from other toy brands in the store.

I believe that the intensity of the whole brand experience has to be strong all the time. And not only in the physical meeting between the toy and its owner.

One place we can start and improve oureselves is in the store. Here we can expolore and develop the buying-experinece.

Actually there is already a kind of toy where all the focus goes to the buying experience. And that is the automatons outside the supermarket. You know the ones where you put a coin into it, turn around and a ball with a small toy comes out.

Instead of selling a bad quality plastic toy, we make huge box with golden frames and high quality wooden toys. From inside the cupboard you will hear music and see the animal balls floating around in a dreamy forest.

As a grownup you have to visit the store beforehand and buy a key. Because it's not enough to just go to put a coin into the Blokk cupboard and then get the toy.

No, we have to create an expectation and imagination before the kid visits Blokk, so therefor you have to go there before and buy a key in a gift box. And when the kid gets the key you tell him, or her, that tomorrow you and I are going to the toy store, and there something amazing will happen. And so it does. Blokk happens.

By this BLOKK has created an amazing purchase moment and strong bond between both them and the buyer and also the receiver of blokk toys.
